Terms of Service

By purchasing or requesting my server setup services, you agree to the following terms:

Client Responsibilities

• The client must clearly explain their requirements before work begins.• The client must provide the necessary permissions and access required to complete the project.
(Adminstrator perm or accept that I will own the server ontill it's done)
• Delays caused by missing information or access may extend delivery times.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.• Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise stated.• Major changes requested after completion may be treated as a new project.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available once work has begun.• Partial refunds may be considered if the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances.• Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in a permanent blacklist from future services.

Conduct

• Clients are expected to communicate respectfully.• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior may result in cancellation of the project without a refund.

Ownership

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the completed server setup.• I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Support

• Basic support is available after delivery for minor issues related to the completed setup.
• If ongoing management, updates, or maintenance is needed, please mention that before i start, so we can talk about it.
